We love the idea of bringing a farmer's market and a unique shopping experience to the Ellisville area and we hope this provides an opportunity to come out, get some fresh air while talking and getting to know your neighbors! Clancy's Market Days will be hosted in the Spring & Fall on the 2nd Saturday in May and October.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Clancy’s Fall Market Day! Before submitting your application, please read the following information carefully:

While we wish we could accept every applicant, space is limited. Our goal is to create a market experience with a wide variety of high-quality, unique merchandise, so we are mindful not to oversaturate any one category.

We are looking for vendors offering:

Handmade Goods

Antiques

Farmhouse Decor

Upcycled

Vintage

Seasonal Decor

Soaps & Candles

Jewelry

Clothing

BBQ Tools & Rubs

Local Coffee Roaster

Specialty Tea & Kombucha

Baked Goods & Artisan Breads

Local Honey

Jams, Jellies & Syrups

Local Meats, Jerky & Eggs

Fruits & Vegetables

Seasonal Produce & Pumpkins

Fresh Flowers & Herbs

Dog Treats

Each vendor will be assigned one space, and your booth should reflect the category and product types listed in your application and photos.

Important Information:

All applications will be reviewed by the Clancy’s Market Day Committee.
Selection is based on product quality, uniqueness, style, and booth presentation.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
No independent sales representatives will be accepted.
Vendors must comply with Missouri state tax regulations.
Vendor fees are non-refundable.

You will be notified of your status within 30 days after the application window closes. Approved vendors will receive additional event details at that time.
